Responsibilities:
- To schedule working timetable for a group of workers such as supervisors, technicians & operators.
- To monitor the workers attitude and discipline.
- To ensure the monthly target set is achieved, the machinery/equipment fully running and the product delivered according to schedule.
- To do machine setting and confirm the machine condition before running new product and do minor repairing if the machine have faulty.
- To control the expenses related to manufacturing activity, reduce the material waste and reduce in-process reject.
- To educate subordinate with latest information and able to do consultation for problem subordinate.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic) or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or any relevant qualification.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Advantage language(s): Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin).
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Manufacturing/Production Operations field is required for this position.
