Executive Assistant
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the VP of Business Development Marketing in all sales and marketing activities for Japanese business prospects.
• Establish good relationships will current and prospective Japanese clients.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all documents.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
• Excellent communication skills in BOTH English and Japanese (Note: Japanese proficiency must be at same level as a native speaker).
• Results-oriented and with keen attention to details.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Preferably Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
