Branch Manager
(Penang)

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to effectively manage the inbound business from selected markets with particular emphasis to the leisure business for Penang Malaysia

• To procure best deals with suppliers of ground services that meets individual market requirements

• To continuously source and service new business from existing and new market

• To oversee and manage the operational activities to support and provide an efficient service delivery for guests

• To understand the regulatory and compliance issues in relation to running the inbound activities

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

• Min. 5 years relevant working experience with in-depth Travel Industry knowledge in handling major Inbound business accounts from International markets into Malaysia with experience in product planning & design, marketing as well as operations with at least two years of dealings with the inbound leisure business from India

• Exceptional negotiation and superior communication skills

• Proven expertise in dealing with major Customers accounts

• Results oriented with consistent focus on quality

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application

• Pleasant disposition and good team player.

• Able to work independently.

• Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Japanese language an advantage.

• Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred

• Applicant must be willing to work in Penang
