Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of all engineering change job flows from customer request to mass production implementation.
- Able to work very well with cross functional teams to execute Engineering change jobs, focusing on cost, delivery and quality.
- Manage on Parts and Product EOL (end of life) activities.
- Cooperate with Project leader for new project development to capture and manage Quality Cost and Delivery till mass production
- Lead Value Engineering activity with cooperating other department
- Have knowledge on regulations (such as Rohs, WEEE, REACH) in order to execute jobs correctly.
- Communicate with customer as company representative and visit customer for Check point meeting
- Capture customer voice correctly and realize the VOC with leading other department
- Work on Quality issue for products belong to the customer with cooperating other department
- Manage Profit of products and update periodically to management
Requirements:
- Degree and above
- Engineering Background
- Experience in Program management for OEM/ODM business
- Willing to work with Japanese customer
- Able to understand and speak simple Japanese.
