Customer Relations Representatives - Japanese Speakers (Based in Singapore) Ref:GS1088
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • In this role you will be responsible for handling inbound phone escalations and concerns from the client’s customer’s resellers and service providers who are calling on behalf of customers
  • Providing support by phone or electronic means, creating solutions to challenges and queries our clients face
  • Providing a world class customer experience and being an advocate for the customer throughout the business
  • Keeping management aware of product, service and education issues
  • Participate in coaching sessions
  • Building relationships with internal and external clients
  • Documenting customer issues for further analysis by the business
  • These roles are supporting our Japanese-speaking customer's

Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role you will have the following
  • Japanese Keigo language skills is a must
  • Solid listening, interpersonal and verbal skills
  • Good problem solving and research skills
  • Strong service orientation with excellent communication skills for
  • understanding complex problems and clearly explaining solutions
  • Basic Computer skills
  • 1.5-3 years customer support experience
