SAP Senior Consultants / Managers (Selangor)

Responsibilities: Must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and team leading experience. Execute project delivery which consists of consulting engagement, implementation, upgrade, extension of existing applications and change management. Monitors project from initiation through delivery. Organizes and manages the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion within time and budget constraints. Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance. Able to effectively manage a team of client team members. Assist in the development of solution, scope, estimates and proposal Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Higher Diploma or Degree in relevant field of studies. SAP certification, functional knowledge and configuration skills in one or more of the competencies mentioned here (FI / CO / JVA / PS / BPC / MM / WM / SD / PP / Basis / Netweaver) SAP solution delivery experiences - at least 3 full cycle SAP project implementations. SAP roll-out experiences - at least 2 full cycle SAP project roll-out implementation. Team lead experience - at least 3 years in SAP environment. Project Management or Integration lead experience - at least 3 years for Manager position. Able to work independently and interact with people of all levels. Strong analytical skills, creativity with problem solving skills. Ability to analyze complex business design for gap/interfaces and configure system to client's requirement. Excellence communication and presentation skills in English and with minimum command of a second language are preferred e.g. Bahasa, Mandarin, Japanese, etc. Must be able to travel within SEA region and adaptable to cross culture environment.
