Regional Account Manager (Digital Imaging) for the top 4th Research Organisation
(Singapore - Raffles Place)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers within existing and potential clients



• Liaise with clients and other offices around the region to ensure commercial strategies are followed through



• Construct and follow up all proposals to clients



• Understand and maintain all deliverables to ensure complete client satisfaction



• Identify potential problems and propose pro-active solutions to meet client needs



• Handle internal contract-related tasks (offers, contracting, invoicing, payments)



• Construct and follow up all proposals to clients



• Ensure that the quality of the product remains at a very high level



• Work with the respective local offices to ensure client satisfaction and continuous revenue growth



• Produce market charts and make presentations to key account senior executives

Requirements:

• Good Analytical and organisation skills



• Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, PowePoint



• Time management, priority setting and co-ordination skills



• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



• Strong command of oral and written communication



• Customer Focused and customer facing



• Interest and understanding of market analysis is a MUST



• Able to learn tools quickly



• Must be comfortable presenting to an audience



• Pro-active and able to deals with all levels of management internally and externally



• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Statistics/ Engineering



• Candidates with significant experience in the Consumer Electronics or Digital Cameras industry, gained either at client or research agency side are preferred



• Candidates with at least 5 years work experienced preferred



• Candidates must be fluent in English. Japanese language skills would be a strong advantage



• Regional exposure (preferably in Japan) would be advantage
