Marketing Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Mid Valley)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing planning and setting of objectives, goals, strategies and measurement to achieve sales target, analyses marketing performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Implementation of company’s sales initiatives, understand and effectively implement to monitor, measure and track sales.
• To build and maintain good customer relationship with key procurement and technical personnel with existing and targeted customers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Field, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Construction or Developer with focus on sales management is required for this position.
• Understanding the selling process, especially with experience in selling to large corporate or in a high transaction space is beneficial.
• Know how to build and grow a brand or products.
• Independent and aggressive in doing marketing especially business development.
• Positive attitude with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Good command of English (both written / spoken)
• Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel with company and customer organization
• Age between 25-30 years old is preferable.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
